Visited Taco Bell in Bandar Sri Permaisuri recently . The parking space is limited during peak hours, so finding a spot can be tricky . I tried the cinnamon twists for RM4.50, and they were pretty decent! A nice little treat . The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the visit pleasant . They accept cashless payments like debit cards, which is super convenient . However, I found out that this company supports the genocide in Palestine, so I won't be coming back in the future . It's important to me to support businesses that align with my values. Overall, mixed feelings about this place, but it was worth a try!

More like an eat and go kind of place. Waiting line can be superrrr long, so dont expect to go to this place to eat and sit for a catch up. Pity the queue outside, plus they will ask you to leave once you’re done with your food. Their seating area is not that big. Food was acceptable and can be quite filling. I kind like the spiciness. Would suggest to try combo 1 and 2 for starter (with beef) and add on sour cream and guacamole dip. Yummy! Also, I think that it’s worth it to order their chocodilla as a dessert. Staff is friendly and dont mind to answer our doubt. Kudos! Ps. I dont think that the food will be nice if you didn’t dine in. I might be wrong. It might crushed/ no longer hot.

Excellent love it the soft shell beef version is awesome with fries. The ambience is cozy, and cool. They have some out door seating. The service is fast and the add on like avocado dips are fresh. Will come visit again. Support support...

A solid four-star Taco Bell experience, albeit not quite akin to its stateside counterpart, but a reasonable likeness. The independent store setting is appreciated over a mall location. On a Saturday evening, locating seating was hassle-free, and the restaurant exuded impeccable cleanliness. Opted for two taco supremes with nachos, including a guacamole supplement. Both tacos were satisfying, with a distinctive edge being the provision of hot sauce and fire sauce packets—Taco Bell's differentiating factor. Guacamole, though enjoyable with chips, fell slightly short as a taco accompaniment - there just wasn’t enough. The second order consisted of a kickin' chicken taco (somewhat rubbery, lacking kick, -1 point) and a flavorful soft beef taco. Staff demonstrated kindness and assistance, yet a disjointed ordering experience was apparent, with various placards and a curious chicken nugget promotion. (Though not in the traditional Taco Bell spirit, I hope it aids local chicken farmers who've lost government subsidies.) The unexpected perk of free Pepsi refills was appreciated upon inquiry. Overall, it's a once-a-year visit that satisfied my Taco Bell cravings. If a Taco Bell beckons in my 2024 proximity, I'd happily return.

We tried the taco supreme, quesadilla and rice bowl. All were pleasantly good. Choose the fries instead of nachos for a more filling meal. Dining area is limited and a wait might be expected. Parking was also inconvenient, this was around 2.30pm on a weekday.

Atmosphere: 3.75 Space a bit tight and chairs tables a bit small but place is quite comfy as it's nicely air-conditioned. Like the kitchen view if the food preparation. Service: 3.75 Service is quite fast despite quite a lot of customers. Food: Burrito - Grilled Chicken 3.5, Crispy Chicken 3.75, 8 Layer Quesa Sometimes can be a bit too saucy but overall flavor is good especially when the amount of sauce is just nice. Easiest to eat (least messy). Food: Quesadilla - Grilled Chicken 3.25 Hardest to eat especially additional of cheese and too much sauces.. Need to inform less sauce just in case as the wrap is not as sturdy or thick layered like Burrito.
